How long does an order take to arrive? 

• Standard shipping takes about 4 to 6 working days (weekends and official holidays are excluded).
  

What are the shipping cost?

• Shipping cost is based on your location.
• Shipping to Cairo and Giza is for 45 EGP.
• Shipping to Alexandria is for 55 EGP.

Returns

What is your Return and Exchange policy?

• All items can be returned to the courier who will kindly wait for you to try your item and make sure it fits you. If it doesn’t, you can proceed by paying the shipping cost only and give the courier the package back.
• Also, Return and Exchange could be done within 3 days of receiving the item. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all the attached tags.
• For Return and Exchange eligibility process; please send us the order number and a real photo of the received product to our e-mail: info@nadamohsenarts.com.
• If you have initiated the Return or Exchange process after the 3 days of receiving the item, you will not be eligible for a Return nor Exchange.
• Customers are only eligible for one Return process and one Exchange process per order.

How much is the Return/Exchange shipping cost? 

• Shipping cost is non refundable. If you decided to return or exchange within the 3 days duration, shipping cost will be paid again.

How to cancel my order?

• You can cancel your order within 8 hours since the order is confirmed.
• For the cancelling process, kindly send us an email at info@nadamohsenarts.com with subject "Cancel My Order", or notify us on our Instagram or Facebook accounts.
